Total Grounds is a professional outdoor landscape and maintenance company, specializing in commercial snow plowing in the winter season. Our company is looking for motivated drivers to operate our salt spreaders and brine trucks for the upcoming winter season.

About the Role

Our crews provide snow removal services for commercial properties throughout Franklin, Tilton, Belmont, and Laconia areas. We have a fleet of trucks, de-icers, and loaders to accommodate the snow clearing requirements of our customers. Operators and drivers are assigned specific customer sites for the season and responsible for clearing lots and roadways. During larger storms, our company is committed to multiple shifts in order to rest our employees and keep them safe while on duty. We are currently hiring for all shifts.

What We Offer

• $30-35 /hour for storm events (non-snow base pay $29-$34)

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to our Tilton, NH shop

• 2+ years experience commercial snow plowing with truck and/or loader

• Flexible availability for snow events, including nights and weekends

• Ability to use a smartphone app to log completed services

• Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record 

• Current valid DOT MedCard

Schedule:

• Day, night, or morning shifts

• Weekdays and weekends as needed
