About the Role: 

Our crews provide snow removal services for commercial properties throughout Franklin, Tilton, Belmont, and Laconia areas. You’ll support plowing operations by shoveling and deicing walkways to keep properties safe. During major storms, shifts are scheduled to ensure safety and rest for all team members. Training is provided, and multiple shifts are available.

• $30-$33/hour for storm events (non-snow base pay $24-$27)

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to our Tilton, NH shop

• Previous commercial snow shoveling experience preferred

• Experience with sidewalk equipment is a plus

• Flexible availability for snow events, including nights and weekends

• Ability to use a smartphone app to log completed services

• Valid driver’s license required

Shift Flexibility Available:

• Day, night, or morning shifts

• Weekdays and weekends as needed
