Seeking a motivated Enhancements Field Manager to join our expanding team. The key focus of this role is ensuring customer properties and installations are maintained and completed to the highest standards. This is a highly field-focused role that requires hands-on involvement in daily operations, working alongside crews to guide, train, and ensure quality results in real time. This role oversees and performs tasks such as plant installations, seasonal cleanups, mulching, pruning, and weeding services. As a key member of the Enhancements Division, the Field Manager supports both seasonal maintenance contracts and plant installation projects across multiple divisions. In addition to in field responsibilities, the Field Manager also assists with office support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:​​​

Field Operations:

Supervise multiple enhancement crews performing fine gardening services and plant installations.

Oversee daily morning rollout of crews, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools, materials, and properly punched into assigned Aspire work tickets.

Review scopes of work to align with client expectations and develop property-specific enhancement plans.

Maintain quality standards across planting, transplanting, pruning, weeding, and grooming to achieve optimal landscape aesthetics.

Actively participate in fieldwork as needed, assisting with planting, pruning, and other physical tasks to support crews and ensure project success.

Office Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to the Division Manager based on operational and project needs.

Coordinate planting plans and installations, including interdivisional project collaboration.

Manage team timesheets, approve hours, and oversee work ticket progress in Aspire.

Collect and process project receipts and related administrative documents.

Seasonal & Offseason Responsibilities:
-
Lead preparation of vehicles and equipment for winter snow operations.

Actively participate in snow removal routes during storm events.

Lead and execute offseason punch lists and special projects during non-storm periods.

Qualifications:
-
1–3 years of experience in fine gardening or horticulture.

Strong plant identification skills with a broad base of horticultural knowledge.

Passion for creating and maintaining high-quality landscapes, with excellent customer service skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and lead enhancement projects effectively.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret and follow plans, designs, or blueprints.

Physically capable of performing outdoor work in all weather conditions, including bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
