Total Grounds is a professional outdoor landscape and maintenance company, specializing in commercial snow plowing in the winter season. Our company is looking for motivated drivers to operate our salt spreaders and brine trucks for the upcoming winter season.

About the Role

The Snow Route Manager oversees snow removal crews, ensuring sites are serviced correctly and materials are accurately tracked, and all site-specific procedures are followed. This role focuses on quality control, crew oversight, reporting, and post-event reviews with the Snow Operations Manager. While not part of frontline plow operations, the Route Manager may assist when necessary. Our crews provide snow removal services for commercial properties throughout Franklin, Tilton, Belmont, and Laconia areas.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to our Tilton, NH shop.

• 2+ years in the snow industry in a management position preferred. 

• Experience using a variety of snow equipment is a plus. 

• Flexible availability for snow events, including nights and weekends.

• Ability to use a smartphone app to log completed services.

• Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record.

• Current valid DOT MedCard.​

Schedule:

• Day, night, or morning shifts; weekdays and weekends as needed
