Total Grounds is a professional outdoor landscape and maintenance company, specializing in commercial snow plowing in the winter season. Our company is looking for motivated drivers to operate our salt spreaders and brine trucks for the upcoming winter season.

About the Role
Our crews provide snow removal services for commercial properties throughout Franklin, Tilton, Belmont, and Laconia areas.  The Salt/Brine truck applicators will be responsible for coming in during deicing events for both pre and post storm treatments. In addition, they will follow snow cleanup efforts by our crews during active storms to treat accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to our Tilton, NH shop.

• Previous commercial snow removal experience; experience with salt/brine application strongly preferred. 

• Currently certified or have the ability to obtain a salt application certification through Total Grounds.

• Flexible availability for snow events, including nights and weekends.

• Ability to use a smartphone app to log completed services.

• Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record.

• Current valid DOT MedCard

Schedule:

• Day, night, or morning shifts - weekdays and weekends as needed and hours vary when snow storms arise. 

• Typical morning shift: 2AM-8AM

• Typical night shift: 5PM-9PM

• Pre-treating is usually done 7PM-1AM
