We are expanding our Projects Team at Total Grounds and working to create a career path for the individual that can make the greatest difference to our company and who is committed to our values.

We are currently hiring Level 3 Projects Team Crew Leaders. Our 2023 season is already shaping up to be our best ever, and we are looking to add the right individuals to build upon our already skilled teams.

Total Grounds is a growing professional landscape construction and maintenance company. Our Projects Team is responsible for hydroseeding, sod installation, plantings, mulch installation, spring and fall cleanups, lawn renovations and other small landscape & hardscape jobs. The right candidate can work independently on smaller tasks with guidance, as well as lead a 1-2 person crew.  You will be taking charge of various projects that change throughout the season, and contributing toward snow removal in the winter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A passion for outdoor projects and making customer properties look amazing

  • 2+ years of landscape installation or related experience

  • Team leadership capability  in a multi-person jobsite setting

  • Ditch witch, skid steer, mini loader or mini excavator equipment experience.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Valid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one at time of hire

Duties include...

  • Leading a crew to perform hydroseeding, plantings, bark mulch, prunings and yard cleanups.

  • Seasonally operating a plow truck or loader during winter storms

  • Maintaining equipment and tools used on jobs sites.
