Total Grounds is a thriving professional landscape company and is seeking the right candidates to oversee our maintenance enhancements division. The Enhancements Division Manager will be responsible for the scheduling, coordination and execution of seasonal softscape projects and landscape services here at Total Grounds. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing two crews: project teams that perform the seasonal plantings, trimmings, pruning, hydroseeding, mulching and other enhancement maintenance services while also managing our fine gardening team. In the winter, the division will assist in preparation and execution of snow events while also focusing on off-season punch lists.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule and communicate Enhancements Crew’s daily tasks.

Coordinate and team with Turf Division Manager daily to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with clients to understand their specific maintenance requirements and ensure those requirements are met.

Oversee mulching, fine gardening, hydroseeding, and softscape projects.

Oversee the preventative maintenance and upkeep of division equipment and tools

Supervising daily truck & trailer set-up for crews.

Hydroseeding: selling, coordination and scheduling.

Develop training programs on proper equipment use.

Prioritizing projects and ensuring quality at each customer site.

Interacting with potential prospects and providing quality customer relations. This will include regular communication with our clients about service timing.

Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Following up on customer feedback and complaints.

Documenting work in a timely manner, approve team payroll and job costing.

Inventory management and material procurement for job sites.

Learning and using programs to help with quoting, team communication, scheduling and project coordination.

Assist in snow plowing operations in the winter as a route manager and in other areas as needed by the Snow Manager.

Learn to be proficient in our technologies, google platform, Aspire, etc.
Qualifications:
-
A passion for making customer properties look amazing with strong customer service skills.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team.

2+ years of experience supervising a landscape or related crew.

Ability to organize teams, coordinate and lead small softscape installations from beginning to end.

Knowledge of landscaping best practices, such as proper, shrub and plant care.

Experience working in commercial snow plowing.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
