Job Overview:
The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting heavy machinery and materials, such as aggregates, to our project locations. This role requires a skilled individual with experience in operating various types of machinery, a Class A license, and willingness to assist sitework crews as needed. This position is also responsible for assisting in snow removal during the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, secure and transport heavy machinery and materials to job sites.

Ability to operate heavy machinery to load and unload the equipment and materials independently.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on project sites to prevent accidents and injuries.

Collaborate with Division Managers including project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, hours worked, equipment usage, materials used, and any incidents or accidents.

Assist with snow operations during the winter season.

Flexibility to work overtime hours as required to complete job assignments.

Ability to use necessary software applications to document work and tasks.

Inspect clean and maintain department equipment.

Required Qualifications:

CLASS A LICENSE REQUIRED
-
3 Years relevant experience preferred but willing to train right candidate

Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery safely and efficiently

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.

Ability to perform manual labor, including activities such as stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
